THE RULES
Rules concerning characters;;
1) Plagiarism will not be tolerated. If you are caught stealing someone else's character, you will be banned with no questions asked.
2) There is no character limit, but you must be able to roleplay them all regularly.
3) You may only have two cats in major positions (leader, deputy, medicine cat, medicine cat apprentice). Give everyone else a chance.
4) If the forum becomes flooded with she-cats (or toms), then we reserve the right to ban cats of a certain gender until things are evened out.
5) Please make your characters realistic in terms of personality. Nobody's perfect and neither are your cats.
6) Keep your names reasonably realistic. There are many names that we accept here that wouldn't appear in the books. But nothing obviously weird...for example, Oreopelt, Soaringplane, Deathheart...
a) Click here for a Warriors naming guide that elaborates on this rule.
7) Keep pelt colors reasonably realistic. No neon green fur. We are affiliated with a parody roleplay site where you can be as crazy with names and fur as you like.
Rules concerning roleplay;;
1) No powerplay (controlling someone else's character) or godmoding (becoming completely invincible).
2) On the same note, be mindful of what your cats know. They don't read third person stuff. They don't know some things.
3) Your cats don't have to be nice to other cats.
4) Try to get at least three lines of text in roleplay. Anything less than that just looks...ugh. And yes, those three lines can't be a sentence in 7-point font.
5) Make sure you use some form of ooc when you're talking in ooc and be sure to close it when you're done.
Rules concerning general forum etiquette;;
1)Be nice to other people. Don't harass anyone and avoid sensitive/controversial topics such as religion, wars, politics...
2)Admins call the shots. What Meredith, Bethany, Roux, and Tiger say is what goes...unless it's overruled for some reason. "Mini-modding" is forbidden.
3) Be literate. Occasional chatspeak stuff in ooc such as "lol," "brb," and "idk" is fine, but no 3nt1r3 p05t5 lyk d1s. It's hard on the eyes and you will be ignored. Chatspeak in any form is best left in the Cbox.
Rules concerning characters II;;
1) Female leaders, deputies, and medicine cats may not mate because it interferes with their duties to the Clan. Male medicine cats may not mate either.
2) You may not make a Clan cat whose name begins with "Paw," "Kit," or "Star." What happens when Pawkit is apprenticed or when Stareyes becomes leader?
3) Kits are apprenticed at the age of six moons unless they are being apprenticed earlier as part of a plot or something (remember Brokenstar?). Generally they are made warriors around their twelfth moon (one year) unless they are slow in progressing. Generally, it takes six moons for an apprentice to complete his/her training.
4) In normal circumstances, only leaders and medicine cats share tongues with StarClan. There may be an occasional warrior who has those dreams (Fireheart), but they are a rarity.
5) Medicine cats are placed above clan rivalries. They are duty-bound to help any cat they find in need, but that doesn't mean that they can trespass on another clan's territory.
Miscellaneous rules;;
1) There is a certain phrase you need to put on your applications for them to be accepted. The phrase as is follows: look around, tears are falling, falling down. nothing can be done, not now. it's already over.
2) NO BREAKING THE RULES
